　 ComWin International Co., Ltd was established in year 1992 to primarily handle
　 export business for its manufacturing company, Yixing Pharma Co., Ltd.

　1996

　 ComWin expanded its export business to include trading of Bulk
　 Pharmaceuticals. Since then the company quickly established itself as
　 the Market Leader in Bulk Pharmaceuticals trading.

　1998

　 ComWin diversified its businesses to include Botanical Extracts &
　 Nutraceuticals

　2000

　 ComWin started contractual custom synthesis for European customers

　 Changzhou ComWin Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. incorporated

　 ComWin Fine chemicals opens a new Trading department to do Rubber
　 chemicals
